A very good hotel to explore Istanbul. Lots of connections to all important landmarks. Close to buses and M2 Metro, Osmanbey station (10 minutes walking). Nice and safe surroundings. Shops, restaurants cafes and mini markets nearby. Very good breakfast with lots of varieties (incl. fresh omelet, olive, cheese, sweets bar, fruits etc. and even a self service honeycomb). WIFI works throughout the hotel and room. Rooms are clean and spacious, kettle in the room for tea or coffee. Every day we were provided with free bottled water. Spa and parking available (we didn't use them but we saw decent prices on massages and hammam). We will definitely return. *Good connection to Istanbul Airport (2 stops from Osmanbey to Gayrettepe and then easy transfer with M11 from Arnavutköy Hastane to Istanbul Airport)

Moreover, the breakfast options are plentiful and cater to a variety of tastes, ensuring a great start to the day. I'm not sure who chooses the soundtrack for TV, but my respect goes to them - Bloodhound Gang was incredible! A notable feature of Ramada Encore hotels is their focus on guest convenience and comfort. The rooms are designed with a modern touch and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, having a receptionist who can speak your language is a significant bonus, especially for international travelers, as it makes communication smoother and enhances the overall experience.

I loved the hotel bcz of its interior which was new and modern, i researched for hours trying to find a hotel in my budget that had good breakfast,clean rooms and a proper location. This had it all, from the staff to the cleaning lady to the washroom-i literally loved the washroom and the cleanliness in there. Though its lobby is small the location of the hotel is convenient and close to some touristy spots(not all) which was nice. The only thing that bothered me was that since it was cold, you could not turn on the air conditioning to cold on hot was the option. Other than that all in all a good location, good value for money and good staff! Hope to stay again here again whenever i come to Istanbul, Inshallah!

Looking back at two weeks here, only word comes to mind is "wonderful". Property and the facilities are pretty good, but what truly stands out is the people ; putting their best efforts to ensure a memorable stay. Be it the front desk, room service, cleaning, managers - the whole team. Each and every single person that I've come across appeared motivated to make our stay more comfortable. What a team! Not only do we intend to stay one more time should we visit istanbul again we will also recommend the place to our friends and family.

Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price. The standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service provided by Aya and Mustafah. Their warmth, genuine kindness, and attentiveness made a huge difference. They were always ready to assist with a smile, patiently answering all our questions and going out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable and welcomed. As foreigners, we really appreciated how they helped navigate everything smoothly—from check-in to recommendations for local attractions and even helping with language barriers. Their professionalism combined with a personal touch truly made us feel like valued guests. Mustafah’s friendly demeanor and quick problem-solving made our stay stress-free, while Aya’s thoughtful care and constant positivity lifted our spirits throughout the trip. Both of them showed a level of dedication and hospitality that is rare to find and truly made our visit memorable. Ali was also very kind and contributed to a warm atmosphere. Aya and Mustafah went above and beyond in every way, and it’s because of their outstanding service that I would consider returning to this hotel.
