The staff was awesome and so helpful. The breakfast welcome and staff was also beyond our expectations. A young man Ali helped us with everything. Cleaning staff was also brilliant. We had a great experience. If you don't mind walking a bit to catch a bus or the Metro at osmanbey station, then this hotel is an ideal option.

This is a very good value for money. Modern, clean and well served. The location is not the best, but it shouldn’t be a concern as taxi fares are cheap there comparing to Europe. The receptionists are great and welcoming all the time, specially the young lady with glasses (sorry I forgot her name) + Sereen at the restaurant too. The supervisor is also professional and always there for help (sometimes he gets piss off as many supervisors do). So when you get there you gonna be in good hands of good people.
