Ramada Encore by Wyndham Istanbul Sisli

A very good hotel to explore Istanbul. Lots of connections to all important landmarks. Close to buses and M2 Metro, Osmanbey station (10 minutes walking). Nice and safe surroundings. Shops, restaurants cafes and mini markets nearby. Very good breakfast with lots of varieties (incl. fresh omelet, olive, cheese, sweets bar, fruits etc. and even a self service honeycomb). WIFI works throughout the hotel and room. Rooms are clean and spacious, kettle in the room for tea or coffee. Every day we were provided with free bottled water. Spa and parking available (we didn't use them but we saw decent prices on massages and hammam). We will definitely return. *Good connection to Istanbul Airport (2 stops from Osmanbey to Gayrettepe and then easy transfer with M11 from Arnavutköy Hastane to Istanbul Airport)

Ramada Encore consistently lives up to its reputation for maintaining high standards in cleanliness, convenience, and comfort. The hotel's amenities, including a spa and hammam, add a touch of luxury, providing a perfect way to unwind after a day of activities or meetings. Moreover, the breakfast options are plentiful and cater to a variety of tastes, ensuring a great start to the day. I'm not sure who chooses the soundtrack for TV, but my respect goes to them - Bloodhound Gang was incredible! A notable feature of Ramada Encore hotels is their focus on guest convenience and comfort. The rooms are designed with a modern touch and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, having a receptionist who can speak your language is a significant bonus, especially for international travelers, as it makes communication smoother and enhances the overall experience.

The staff were truly exceptional. The porters were incredibly helpful and always greeted me with warmth and professionalism. Special shoutout to Sirin and Ayah—two outstanding female staff members whose kindness, efficiency, and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and supported throughout my visit.

Nice and clean. There was lovely hamam, Diana and steam room facility. The rooms were a bit small for a 4 star, but otherwise decent. The balcony too was small and ok. The staff were amazing. For the first morning breakfast they missed my vegan dietary needs despite prior communication. However Mustafa from Guest Relations was quick to sort everything and for the next three breakfasts they made sure everything was perfect. As surprisingly there want much choice of hot breakfast for vegans, Mustafa arranged a daily dish of cooked mixed vegetables for me, and arranged for Almond milk and vegan bread was ordered for the three days. I look forward to the day when chefs recognise that vegan food can be cooked just as nutritiously and flavoursome and so include some options which vegetarians would eat happily too!
